Thank you to everyone who attended our January Seminar. 80 of your fellow NATP Members gathered to hear some great content from representatives from MA, CT, RI and of course Kathryn Keane from NY! And as always, your education chair Sharon hosted the Tax Jeopardy Session to get us going first thing in the morning.
In addition to her teaching, Kathryn wanted to give us all this reminder -
Rhode Island reminded all the attendees in response to a question that short term rentals, including those excluded from Federal and Rhode Island income tax under the “Augusta Rule” is in fact subject to the Short-Term Rental excise/sales tax. And, that rate increased in 2026!
